1. Digital Products (Workbooks)

• Due to the nature of digital products, all workbook sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues accessing your workbook, please contact us at [insert email], and we will ensure you receive the correct file.
   

2. Consulting Sessions

• Refunds: Consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
   

3. Fractional CMO Services

• Terms for refunds, cancellations, and adjustments will be outlined in individual contracts for Fractional CMO engagements.
   

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• We value your satisfaction and will review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please reach out if you have concerns about your purchase or session.
