1. General Information

Lot 52 Marketing provides downloadable workbooks, virtual consulting sessions, and Fractional CMO services to assist small businesses with their marketing strategies.
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Digital Products (Workbooks)

Access & Delivery: All workbook purchases are delivered digitally via download link immediately after purchase. No physical products will be shipped.
License of Use: Purchased workbooks are for personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Consulting Sessions

Scheduling: Consulting sessions must be booked through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Session Expiration: Consulting sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

4. Fractional CMO Services

Engagements for Fractional CMO services are agreed upon via a customized contract. Terms regarding scope, duration, and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including workbooks, templates, and strategies, is the intellectual property of Lot 52 Marketing. Unauthorized use, copying, or sharing is prohibited and subject to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lot 52 Marketing is not responsible for any business outcomes directly or indirectly resulting from the use of our products or services. While we strive to provide valuable insights, success is dependent on individual implementation.
